We went in for a couples massage this morning and booked 30 minutes of sauna time beforehand. Upon arriving, I was shown the women's changing room and told where to go after I changed. My fiancé was shown the men's changing room by angry looking teenager at the desk pointing and saying "change in there" and walking away. Good start. After changing we met in the seating area. We were supposed to begin our sauna time at 1145. We were left in the seating area until a few minutes before noon.
